Founded on July 2, 2015, RIDING BYTES GmbH is based in Fürth, Bavaria, Germany. Led by Ramon Bartl, an expert with a degree in Applied Computer Science, an MBA, and extensive experience in open-source web development, we are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for laboratories.

2015 – RIDING BYTES Founded

Mission: To create professional open-source software for laboratories.

 

2017 – SENAITE LIMS Launched

Vision: Establish SENAITE as the leading open-source LIMS for laboratories worldwide.

 

2021 – Release of SENAITE v2.0.0

Strategy: Leveraging the latest enterprise-level open-source software, modern UI components, and a modular codebase, SENAITE takes a significant leap forward.

2023 - Present

SENAITE Today: Adopted by laboratories globally, SENAITE is approaching the release of v3.0.0, featuring long-awaited Python 3 support.
